Welcome to another Digit-al Dozen week! Our theme for September is "Recreating Your First Blog Posts" and I will admit, I was mentally cringing just thinking about opening up those first posts to see what I've done. But I summoned my courage and dug around for the polishes and stamping plates to get the job done!

#Stamping Saturday: Fair Maiden Kitty

My weekend is short-lived, as I have to go to work on a Sunday..not too thrilled about that, but that just means I have a better excuse for playing with polish on Saturday. Instead of..you know..doing something useful with my day off, haha :D

#StampingSaturday - Black & Silver Floral

So, I don't own a lot of OPI polishes, but more and more variety of colors has been showing up at Marshall's recently (or maybe I just go there more often, lol) so every now and then I'll come home with a new bottle or two (2 packs for $8!) and the most recent is DS Coronation. There are so many prompts and challenges going on in various FB groups that it's hard to narrow down sometimes, and it being October and pink everywhere for breast cancer awareness, I really wanted pink and silver. But looking at my stamping plates to see what catches my eyes, had to go with the tried and true - Konad Black!

The floral design is from PUEEN SE04B plate.

I'm still around for day 2, this time with more neutral and subdued colors!

I used Julep Lorenzana as my base, and topped it with Liquid Sky Lacquer Holo Top Coat, and I gotta say it looked pretty awesome - office appropriate holo!!

Stamping: Grey & Aqua

It's definitely been a while since I've made a blog post...work has really been putting a damper on any nail art :(  But I've been trying to post on IG a little bit more, username is koikitty if anyone would like to follow :)

So here's what I managed to put on my nails, in anticipation of #StampingSaturday but then I didn't see a linkup from The Fancy Side! :O

Base: Julep Braiden, stamping with MdU #24 (Aqua), PUEEN plate 32

Red & Gold Lannisters

Despite not liking Joffrey, I do like like his clothes - the cloth is great inspiration for nail art. And lucky for me, I have stamping plates with similar enough designs to achieve the look I'm trying to go for!

The no nail-art restriction at work is really bumming me out. As my polish gets tip wear and slight chips by the time I can actually do stamping on it, so it's not pristine and pretty anymore :(

Dark red embroidered with gold thread is really pretty. The red is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Wined Up, and the gold is Sinful Colors Gold Medal. Plates used: JR-2 and PUEEN 44.

Mermaid Nails (FB Challange)

I got a new Zoya polish, and just as it started to have major tip wear, a "mermaid nails" challenge came up in a facebook group, so I decided to patch them up and do something mermaid-like.
