Inspiration: Sander Cohen's Miasma from the Bioshock Games

Description: a dusty blue polish with a glowing shimmer that shifts from red to gold to green (not UP though)
I applied 3 thin coats and top coat for my swatches - beautiful formula and application, as one can expect from BKL! The shimmer, when it shows up red, really warms up the polish, giving it a taupe base.
