Day 4: Reverse Stamping
The week is flying by, and there's just 1 day till the end of The Digit-al Dozen after this! Let's have a look at another design :)
This is the other Dreamland Lacquer I mentioned in an earlier post, say hello to Lazy River!
It is so pleasing to the eyes, I can't even describe it! Also, it makes for a wonderful topper - I'll try to show an example on the blog soon!
This has more of a creamier look to the jelly, you can see it's more solid looking in the bottle, but I still went and applied 3 coats to get this delicious look.
Let's get to the stamping! I used this gorgeous image from Moyra's plate 45 (I Fill You). I chuckled when I read the name, but then I froze when I realized what this image is..it's made for me, that's what it is! Every koi pond needs water lilies <3
I used the beautiful blue from yesterday's design, Ice Pop Paradise (also Dreamland Lacquer) and a long time favorite clear glitter topper, Glam Polish An Unexpected Journey. The more I looked at the stamp, the more I had a feeling everything but the flowers is supposed to be lilypads, but I wanted blue water, so I colored blue water :)
I painted a silver base before reverse stamping. This mani was actually inspired by Kim from her glitter prompt back in January - see the post on Kimett Kolor.
The stamping images are quite large, so they didn't fit completely on my nails, but that's ok. Each nail can have a portion and look unique that way ;)
Ta-da! I hope you guys like this, and come back for the finale!
