Hello & Welcome! I'm pretty excited to get my swatches up to show the upcoming releases from Bee's Knees Lacquer. No doubt there is a lot of wishlist making and sale tracking as we all get ready to treat ourselves with new pretties and save a bit of money with the upcoming Black Friday / Small Business Saturday / Cyber Monday sales! Let's dive in and see what you can pick up from BKL!

Bee's Knees Lacquer has a regularly scheduled monthly launch on 11/27 - the theme is Nevernight Chronicle, a fantasy series by author Jay Kristoff. See blog post for swatches! 

This LE trio of polishes follow the same theme. They will only be available for purchase on their respective days, noon to 11:59 EST.

The Everseeing - [11/27 Black Friday] - black based polish with gold shimmer, $11

Swatches show 2 coats + top coat; this is a really shimmer loaded polish!! As such, you might need to work carefully to avoid streaks, but at the same time, the shimmer totally transforms the black base to where it ends up looking green. Whatever you end up calling the color, it's awesome for fall!

I was compelled to try it matte!

Spiderkiller - [11/28 Small Business Saturday] - mid-toned dusty blue with electric green shimmer, $11

Swatches show 3 coats + top coat; this is another shimmer-rich polish but the sparkle helps cover up any streaks.

And another one with a matte top coat! She shimmer still comes through, that should tell you how strong it is :) 

Blood is All - [11/30 Cyber Monday] - a smoky mauve with red to orange shimmer, $11

Swatches show 3 coats + top coat, 2 coats would likely have been sufficient but I wanted to deepen the color and match the rich mauve of the bottle. There are so many beautiful polishes in various formulas from BKL, and while swatching this one I was reminded of Jackalope Antler, a UP polish from a couple years back.
