- Surprise FA thermal polish (not available to purchase solo)
- Unscented Olive Healing Lotion 4oz
- .5oz AA in surprise scent
- + 3 surprise items
New Beginnings - swatches show 3 coats + top coat; this is a beautiful purple with shifty shimmer and holo
Ostara - swatches show 3 coats + top coat; it's a really beautiful blue color and the shimmer is very prominent, I love the green shift!
Flora - at first glance, this is a glitter bomb type of topper, but on closer look - you'll notice that the base isn't clear, it's a shimmer that really pops over dark colors. For that reason, I put just 1 coat of Flora over a black base, it's really fun and reminds me of flowers at night, so the name Flora is spot on!
Flora over Ostara
This might be a bit of an unusual use of a fluid art polish, but I feel that it's simple enough to show off the thermal effect, and actually be easy enough to replicate! Fluid art is really hard to copy, even if you're using the same colors! This was a fun peek-a-boo look though :)
The base pink polish is Chiara, I painted a coat on the nails, and then painted a little rectangle on a silicone mat and quickly drew a line of Equinox through it so it spread and formed cells. Then just for fun, I added a stamped solid black bar down the center of the nails.
That wraps it up for the Equinox themed box! Next up are two new fluid art polishes
Talisman - a purple/red/brass multichrome fluid art polish with matching shimmer; $12
Once again I tried something simple, that's also easy to replicate, and shows off the fluid art polish in action. I present you - a dotticure! I used a pink creme base (unnamed Baroness X ) to paint a coat on my nails, but discovered that it dried too quick for the fluid art polish to "activate" when I tried putting the dots straight onto the nails. So once again I made decals on a silicone mat, simply dipping a dotting tool in Talisman and making little rows of dots that ended up forming cells.

Violescent Moondust - a bright violet shimmer fluid art polish in a clear base; $11 LE
I tried a couple of more traditional fluid art attempts with this one and my color choices didn't do it justice, the pearlescent shimmer was hard to pick up in lighter colors. But with a dark color, it really pops! I tried a simple dry brush effect just to get streaks of Violescent Moondust through black, and it technically worked and you can see that the cells formed. And then I broke a nail and these were the best pics I managed to get, sorry! Fluid art is really fun though, and adding a sneaky shimmer to the mix is sure to spice up any cremes!
