Depending on the lighting, this polish may be looking predominantly blue, but if you catch that purple shift then it looks extra spectacular! 

I wanted to do some nail art with crystals/gemstones to go with the theme, but since I got this polish to swatch, I just had the idea for this skittlette look so I stuck to it.
